YoYo - Youth Yoga Classes
There is no co-ordination or yoga experience required!
Yoga for teenagers will reduce stress and increase positivity, school grades and family relationships.
The class will be an exciting mix of traditional yoga and you'll be invited to have some fun with more modern yoga practices, including things like community, acrobatics and partner poses. If you'd rather stick to working by yourself then that's fine too - there are always alternatives and different levels offer from beginner to advanced.
From age 11-17, to help youths with stress relief, body awareness, acceptance, friendship, strength, flexibility, confidence building, posture, better sleep and to develop the ability to focus, in a safe, friendly environment.
Classes run in a 10 week block, where classes run for 10 consecutive weeks. There is no set term, so you can start whenever you like. Weekly payments can be made by direct debit.
If we don't have a special class listed please call 0450 121 211 and we can tell you when the next one is planned. In the mean time, teens are welcome to any of our regular Hatha Yoga classes, no need to book - just drop by.
