We use movement, stretching and breath techniques to help you with:
Cycling and running uses specific muscles in different ways. Some are being used in extension and some in flexion. This leads to both tight and weak areas that can be addressed by a special yoga class designed just for those athletes.
With an extensive knowledge of body mechanics for athletes, Stacey Carol Clarke - ASCA Strength and Conditioning Coach and Yoga Therapist - has developed a special yoga class with elements so that you can get the most out of your running and cycling.
No yoga experience needed. All fitness and flexibility levels catered for.
