Yoga for Pole Dancers Classes

Yoga for pole dancers is a weekly yoga practice focused on breath work, body/mind awareness, overcoming fears and of course on strengthening, balancing and stretching poses and movements which are important to pole dancing.
It's an hour and fifteen minutes on and off the mat, using the pole as a tool to deepen or support certain poses. A flow based yoga style encourages free movement for each individual, where everyone can modify and adapt to their level and needs.
All levels welcome from beginners to advanced.
