At this workshop you'll learn great techniques - most of which you can practice at home - to get into side splits that will help with specific yoga, dance, pole dance, and martial arts poses/moves.
Many of these techniques are covered during our regular Pure Flexibility Yoga classes, but this intensive workshop will focus just on your side (middle) splits to get you further than ever before!

Venue: Maitri Fitness, 3/384 Pittwater Road, North Manly, 2093 - Top floor, access up the ramp. Near Freshwater/Queenscliff/Manly

Dress Code: Loose, comfortable clothing, bare feet
No yoga, dance or martial arts experience needed. All fitness and flexibility levels are catered for.
