Spend a whole 1.5 hours working on your front splits and learn stretching techniques to practice to help get your flat splits and then over-splits.
These tried and tested yoga poses encourage your muscles to enter their maximum stretching capacity.
No yoga experience is needed, this is NOT a yoga class, you will just use yoga movement techniques. All fitness and flexibility levels are catered for.Front splits are especially important for dancers, martial artists, yogis, gymnasts and, well, anyone that wants to learn and improve their flexibility really.
