Do you want to get your pre-baby body back in a safe way and have some time to yourself to relax?
With specialist postnatal yoga classes, you'll be guided towards a reversal of the effects that pregnancy took on your body and be given some much-needed relaxation.
As a Baby Bliss Postnatal Specialist, Stacey Carol Clarke will help you regain strength and counteract postural problems associated with pregnancy and feeding postures.
In general, it's recommended that you wait for a number of weeks post partum before joining a class - 6 weeks for a vaginal birth and 8 weeks for a cesarean section.
You can start simple yoga poses within the first 6 weeks, mostly restorative and very gentle strengthening. For further information please contact Maitri Fitness.
All other yoga, flexibility and pole dance classes are open to you as well, but please ensure you advise the teacher of how long ago you gave birth, to make sure they offer you suitable options.
Small classes - generally under 10 people.
There's no need to book, just come in 10 minutes before class to complete a new student form.
