All fitness levels are catered for, and the special mums' classes are run by a mum who had to get her fitness back after having Gestational Diabetes.
It's the easiest class to attend, whatever the weather. It's inside, so you don't need to worry about the sun or the rain, and bubs and kids of all ages are welcome in the studio while you work out.

At Maitri Fitness you will experience a thorough fitness workout at a relaxed, friendly studio, where core strength and posture are key.
Your class numbers will be capped so that you can be sure to get proper attention and that also means no hiding at the back - but everyone's in the same boat, which means for a great atmosphere.
Your workout is for you and all Maitri Fitness classes come with options, depending on how your body and mind are able to work on any given day.... that said, it doesn't mean these classes are easy, you're here to work, so expect to sweat!

Body Blitz Functional Training
You will use Kettlebell weights, free weights, suspension trainers, slam balls, ropes, sled, bodyweight exercises and cardio equipment to increase your fitness, strength, body conditioning and to help you tone up and lose weight.
Just as the name suggests, your muscles and mind will be challenged by hard-core exercises (with easier options for those who need them).
Core and Pelvic Floor Hatha Yoga and Pilates Fusion
Your core will never be the same again! Get the best core and pelvic floor workout to improve your tone, posture, balance and overall fitness. A great addition to any weight loss program, and it features some much-needed release and relaxation.
If there are bubs and kids around they can join in and baby massage is available on request.
This fun form of fitness workout is simple to follow, even if you're a bit (or a lot) uncoordinated, and you can stick to the basics or go nuts and unleash your creative side!
Just like life, Retro DanceFit is a fusion of different styles, so the classes are tailored to you and what you want. Influences can be found from modern dance, zumba, ballet, aerobics, disco, jazz, pilates, burlesque, Groove, Barre and of course yoga.
