The yoga at Maitri is mainly derived from Hatha. We use the Hatha Yoga method because it's all about balance for your body and mind. Hatha Yoga classes at Maitri Fitness give your life balance, to manage stress and live pain free.
These multi-option classes are adapted to suit you and have some static poses along with some dynamic moving with breath.
Best for: Overall health and wellbeing, to control stress, reduce pain, increase flexibility and strength, to improve sports and fitness performance.
