Manage stress and pain using simple, easy Hatha Yoga techniques in our small, friendly classes in our Manly studio.
In this yoga class we use slow, flowing yoga moves work with your breathing to help you re-set your body and mind. There is a strong influence from Restorative Yoga and most of the moves are down on the floor so you won't be standing or balancing in in any strong poses that are seen in most of our other classes.
Alongside the Asana (yoga poses), we add simple mindfulness meditation techniques, including Yoga Nidra and Visualisation, to help start to focus and relax your mind.
It helps you sleep, relieve muscle tension, focus, reduce aches and pains, feel better about yourself and cope better with whatever life throws at you.
Anyone can do this class, no yoga experience is required and all ages are welcome.

We rarely take the time to recharge our batteries, but once you try restorative yoga you'll be hooked on the blissful state you're left in when you almost float out of the room.
