At Maitri Fitness you will experience a thorough fitness workout at a relaxed, friendly studio, where core strength and posture are key.
Your class numbers will be capped so that you can be sure to get proper attention and that also means no hiding at the back - but everyone's in the same boat, which means for a great atmosphere.
Your workout is for you and all Maitri Fitness classes come with options, depending on how your body and mind are able to work on any given day.... that said, it doesn't mean these classes are easy, you're here to work, so expect to sweat!

Rolls, Stretch and Core Class
Starting off with the rollers, for myofacscial release, you work on key muscles that are often tight. Then it's time to smash your core before some deep, well-earned stretching.
