1. Carry shopping baskets instead of using a trolley
2. Get off the bus one stop earlier
3. Use the stairs at work - even if you are at the 11th floor, you can walk down the stairs or get off the lift 3 floors below.
After having to dust-off my road bike ls weekend - because Wayne took the car away to Bathurst - I've decided that I'll get more exercise into my schedule too. I already do a lot of weights-based activities while teaching, so riding my bike a few times a week to the studio will be a great little addition, and it will save the environment, and a few pennies too - so it's win-win-win!
