To compliment our Hatha yoga classes we now also have:
Pure Core Yoga/Pilates: Strong core and pelvic floor control.
Best for: Increasing core strength, improving posture, reducing back pain and incontinence.
55+ Yoga: Gentle Hatha poses using lots of props for modifications.
Best for: Those over 55 years with limited mobility. Balance, strength and flexibility maintenance.
Beginners Yoga: A slower-paced class with allowances for questions and more thorough break-down of techniques being used.
Best for: Those new to yoga.
Tai Chi: Moving meditation, a gentle form of standing exercise with deep breathing and focus.
Best for: Relaxation, stress management. ***although not technically YOGA, it shares similar values***

Power Vinyasa: Dynamic class where poses are linked with your breath, with varying order of poses.
Best for: Increasing strength, stamina and weight loss.
Please note that the planned addition of Ashtanga yoga classes has now been put on hold while the teacher joining the team has to go overseas for a family medical emergency. We wish her well and look forward to her return.
