To begin with, there are 2 extra classes of Hatha/Vinyasa yoga scheduled for the weekend: 4:30pm on a Saturday and 10am on a Sunday, and they start this weekend.
Lisa has a beautiful teaching style and her adjustments are amazing. She is very good at making beginners feel comfortable and giving options to suit different types of bodies and yoga experience.
We are planning more classes with different styles in the future, so keep your eyes open for more details.
