This workshop will teach you some foundational moves of hula hooping as well as some funky tricks. Learn how to move the hoop up and down your body, how to hoop with your hands, how to transition from hooping on your body to your hands (and back again), how to lasso & weave plus the basis of some more tricks to practice at home!
And while you're learning some awesome moves to show off to your friends, you'll also increase your fitness level, improve mind & body coordination, tone your stomach, legs, arms & bum, improve flexibility, build core strength AND flex your creativity.
No previous experience required but there will be additional moves taught to anyone comfortable with the basics.
Hoops will be provided & there will be the option of buying your own hoop if you find yourself addicted by the end of class ;)
