Last week I was lucky enough to meet some of the other local wellness businesses who'll be sharing the joy of the day, and from what I saw, we're set to have the best festival yet.
As the name suggests, the festival is all about embracing life. We have a great group of local businesses for you to connect with, loads of informative workshops, exhibitors and things to see, do and experience, it would be great if you came and join in the fun, and I look forward to seeing you on Sunday 29th November 2015.
I'll be there to let you know how yoga and fitness can reduce your pain and eliminate negative stress responses. Plus there are a broad range of wellness practitioners, artists, musicians and retailers. Examples of some of the people you can meet are:
Michaela Bisch - To help you find clarity and direction in your life
Duft Creations - Candles, crystals, gemstones and housewares
Narelle Scurr - Tarot reader and psychic
Dr Keith Farrugia - Chiropractor
Kirana Haag - Self healing with colour and art
Siann Matharu - Counsellor
Barbara Branagan - Psychic Intuitive healer
It's the International College of Management Sydney (ICMS), an iconic sandstone castle on the hill and normally people are not able to walk through it, if you are lucky you can book a tour as a student, so to be able to hold a festival here is a such blessing.
