This specifically tailored class for seniors aged 55+ will help you to keep your bones strong and healthy, keep as much mobility and flexibility as you can and avoid falling, or help you recover gently from accidents and operations.
No prior yoga or exercise experience is needed. We use chairs and other equipment, as needed, to help even the most unfit and inflexible get the most from their body and mind.
Important breathing and relaxation techniques will help you sleep and stay relaxed, while our simple movements can keep your brain stimulated, thus delaying onset of dementia.
Maintain mobility, strength and balance as you get older. Manage stress, aches and pains and signs of ageing using simple, easy Hatha and other style yoga techniques in our small, friendly classes in our Manly studio.
